Introductory Training at the Evacuteer Office!

Registration is closed for this event

We expect that at least 35,000 New Orleans residents will need to use City-Assisted Evacuation (CAE) because they do not have the resources available to evacuate themselves and their families. Evacuation volunteers (aka Evacuteers) are the people who make sure that we all get out safely!

Come out to our cozy office in Mid-City to find out what we're all about, and what YOU can do to help!

 Topics will include:

  • How the City-Assisted Evacuation plan works
  • Evacuteer roles during both evacuation and re-entry
  • Introduction to additional service opportunities to help keep our communities safe in the face of a mandatory evacuation!
