Introductory Training at Rosa F. Keller Library

Registration is closed for this event

Thousands of our neighbors may need help evacuating if a major storm comes our way. Evacuteers help us run the City of New Orleans free and public evacuation plan, City-Assisted Evacuation (CAE), to make sure that our residents are safe and out of harm's way!

In this one-hour training session, you will be introduced to the history of Evacuteer.org and why we were formed, how the City-Assisted Evacuation plan works, and the vital role that our volunteers play in ensuring that everyone who uses City-Assisted Evacuation is treated with respect and dignity.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions. See you there!
