Introductory Evacuteer Training via Webinar

Registration is closed for this event

We expect that at least 35,000 New Orleans residents will need to use City-Assisted Evacuation (CAE) because they do not have the resources available to evacuate themselves and their families. Evacuation volunteers (aka Evacuteers) are the people who make sure that we all get out safely!

In order to maximize our reach to new volunteers this training session will be offered via live webinar, which can be completed from home or wherever you are!

 Topics include:

  • Evacuee flow during the CAE
  • Evacuteer roles during both evacuation and re-entry
  • Introduction to leadership and specialist roles
