HELLO Hurricane Season 2019! Community-Wide Evacuteer Training

If you couldn't make it to our first community-wide training session on June 17th, this is our second session in the series!

Thousands of people may need help getting out to safety if there is a mandatory evacuation of the City of New Orleans.  Whether you're new or you've trained with us before, come to this community-wide volunteer training to learn how the City-Assisted Evacuation plan works, and how you can be a part of New Orleans' preparedness and safety this hurricane season!

Please join us at First Baptist Church New Orleans to find out what we're all about, and what YOU can do to help! 

In this training session, we will cover:

  • How City-Assisted Evacuation works, and how the plan has changed in 2019
  • Why we need volunteers to assist
  • The important role you will play as an Evacuteer
  • Other ways to get involved with Evacuteer's work in supporting our community during emergencies

Dinner will be provided, so please sign-up in advance so that we know you're coming!
